Boy was it a rough day! I’ve had sick kiddos for a while so work hasn’t really been getting done. Today I had 5 things that seemed pretty small on my list… 1 got done.
My 4:PM I couldn’t take it anymore. I’d finally finished up that one crazy task and I needed to get away from the computer. So, I indulged in Kitchen Therapy.
Today I made homemade yogurt, whole wheat rolls and a nice big salad. We enjoyed the salad and rolls for supper and tomorrow the yogurt will be ready to put in the refrigerator for enjoying all week!
In all, I spent less than two hours in the kitchen and that includes clean up after supper. I can’t tell you how much better and how accomplished I feel!
